BalkanKiwi accepts advertisements from sellers of property in Bulgaria. We charge a flat fee to prepare and publish the ad on our website. Over time we hope to assemble a large portfolio of properties for sale for you the prospective buyer to consider.

BUT! BalkanKiwi’s interest in the property for sale is limited to the publication fee payable by the seller. We will not receive anything from the sale nor will we act for the seller in the sale process. You the prospective buyer are free to contact the seller directly, using the contact details provided, and to negotiate a purchase without any involvement of or payment to BalkanKiwi.

BUT! If you want our assistance in progressing an interest in any property advertised here, we will be happy to help for our usual fee. In which case, we will act only for you the buyer.
